Lunch Box

You can name it like you want:
- Bag, Hand pouch, Box clutch
And..I do enjoy calling it - Lunch box, Unconventional, yet exceptional.

Besides its cool name, this design has some cool features.
-completely printed in vase mode
-unique geared hinge mechanism
-and magnets, who doesn't love them?

All the settings were configured in Cura version 4.13.

Let's begin with the parts that need to be printed using a 1 mm nozzle.

1) Left and Right main bodies and Hinge bracket

Things you need to change

Vase mode

0 bottom layers

Raft build plate adhesion

2) Now it's time to change the nozzle from 1mm to 0.4mm

Side panels

There are 2 files of side panel, but you need to mirror each stl in slicer so you will get 4 parts in total

Increase the line wide from 0.6 to 0.8 mm

Suggested layer height 0.28 mm

Assembly note
You need to put the magnets inside the main parts (check the polarity), and then glue the side panels.
Please be careful with glueing and apply glue only to the long edge of the side panel. Don`t glue near the hinge mechanism!!!
