This handy tool has been designed to make the tedious task of cutting wrapping paper effortless and accurate. A blade from a cutter knife is inserted into the wrapping paper cutter and fixed in place with a piece of 1.75 mm filament. Compatibility with standard cutter knife blades makes adjusting and replacing the blade straightforward and simple.
