The brief is simple: create a printable 3D model that is useful in a bedroom. A great contest realized in partnership with Flashforge. You can follow the brand directly via the Flashforge Facebook page and the Facebook group dedicated to all users of Flashforge products.
So it can be furniture for your bedroom like a night table or a small chest of drawers, but also useful elements for everyday life like a bedside lamp, a reading light, a small tool to easily hold a book open. It can also be an element to facilitate the use of your computer in your room, a fixation for curtains, a small jewelry box, decorative elements... Sit down on your bed, take a look at everything in your room, ask yourself what you can reproduce, improve, or even better, create! Then start designing and try to win a 3D printer Flashforge Adventurer 3.
Whether you're an artist, engineer or maker, you can all enter this contest and show how 3D printers are a great innovation that can help you improve your daily life and consume in a more responsible way!

The competition will run from 25th October 2020 to 5th January 2021.
What are the presents?
In order to reward the best achievements, the following prizes will be offered by Flashforge:
- 1st prize : A Flashforge Adventurer 3 3D printer worth $499 - more info on this 3D printer here.
- 2nd prize : Three 1kg spools of PA/Nylon Flashforge filament worth $170 - more info.
- 3rd prize : Three 1kg spools of PLA Flashforge filament total worth $75 - more info.
How to participate?
Publish one or more 3D models related to the Bedroom theme of the contest and upload if possible a photo of the model once 3D printed or a photo of the 3D rendering if you don't have a 3D printer. The model can be divided into several parts. The object must be beautiful and original.
Mention in the description of your creation the hashtag: #FLASHFORGECULTS
Submit your 3D model for free on Cults with the Creative Common CC-BY License. Flashforge reserves the right to use the photos of the model, the 3D model and to 3D print it.
Share your creation around you in order to get the maximum of "Likes" on your page (only the real "Likes" will be taken into account).
How will the winners be selected?
Participants will be judged on the creativity of their 3D file, on the quality of the 3D printing, on the originality of their photographic staging and on the number of Likes they receive on their Cults page.
- Creativity and beauty of the 3D model: 10 points
- 3D printing quality : 10 points
- Photographic staging : 5 points
- Popularity / number of Likes : 5 points
A jury will select the 3 winners. The jury is composed of Vapour Tu, Product Manager at Flashforge, of Jas Wu, Marketing Officer at Flashforge, of Sunshine a really cool designer from Cults community and of LiraRock a maker from Cults community really famous for his videos on Tiktok.
